These five "Shared Values" TV advertisements were produced in 2002 by the U.S. Department of State for broadcast in Muslim countries. In the wake of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, the advertising campaign was aimed at improving the image of the United States in predominantly Muslim countries.
